A Sippet About Me
Hey there! I'm Ezra,
the founder of Desert Owl Photography. I've had a camera in my hand since my freshman year of high school and have been experimenting with film and DSLR cameras ever since. After the pandemic forced my favorite workplace, Old Tucson Studios, to shut down (now reopened!), I knew it was time to make my dream of creating cherished images for people a reality.
Over the past few years, I have honed my skills with OCF (off-camera flash) techniques and experimented with lighting effects in various situations. This has drastically improved my ability to effectively use my equipment in any setting in any location.
Although I'm new to Tucson's professional photography scene, my love for connecting with people and capturing snippets of their lives drives my passion to make Desert Owl Photography a go-to choice for anyone seeking high-quality photography services in Tucson.
My style of photography is bold with dynamic lighting and a real-to-life tone. I love a creative challenge, so don't hesitate to tell me your over-the-top ideas for your session, and we'll make them a reality. I like to add more prompts than poses during our session, this creates a fun & interactive experience that allows me to capture authentic moments.
There's something special about capturing a moment in time that will bring a feeling of nostalgia every time it's looked at.
The events of the Pandemic have shown me the importance of tangible images. Having a printed photo of a loved one is comforting and something to treasure. That's why I believe in the power of capturing memories that will last a lifetime.
