How long to receive my prints?
As many Pixar fans are aware "you can't rush art" - Geri from Toy Story 2. It depends on what prints are ordered, on average 1-4 weeks. However, a digital proof of your print will be available within 24-72 hours after processing.
Do I own the copyrights of the photos?
No, all images are printed through Desert Owl Photography to ensure quality printed products. You may make digital copies of the digital proof as delivered, just not physical copies.
Do you have a hiring contract?
Yes, every session will have a contract to hold both the client and photographer accountable.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, however, we can't refund your retainer fee (See contract for exceptions).
Booking?
Once you've decided you want D.O.P to capture the moments that are special to you, book your session using the online booking page or contact us and we'll book your session for you.
How to get my photos to prints?
Once you receive your online password protected gallery you may order prints directly to your address from the gallery.

If you'd like specialty prints contact us to get them ordered.
How many images will I get?
The number of prints you receive is based on your purchased package, you may add to your package via, A La Carte selection found at the bottom of the home screen.
Can I modify the digital proof?
No, cropping, resizing, or adding filters is a breach of the contract. You may make digital copies of the digital proof.
Can I bring my own props?
Yes! this is your session, it should be YOU! Any prop that makes your portrait a visual representation of who you are is welcomed.
Only in Tucson?
Although I'm based in Tucson I love to travel to other settings nature has to offer. Contact us for a travel fee estimate for outside of Tucson sessions.
Process?
After initial contact by phone or email, an in-person consultation will follow were we'll go over the details of your shoot (contract review and retainment fee).

Before your session time is over we'll review and select the images you want to have edited and printed.
When your prints are ready they'll be delivered in person. Or you may order more from your online password protected gallery at any time.

How Long Have You been A Photographer?
I have been a freelance photographer right out of high school (2015). I was the lead photographer for my high school journalism program. I completed both film and digital photography courses in college. I've been a second shooter for an established Tucson wedding photographer. Most of my knowledge is from a hands-on approach, trial & error, online learning put into real-world practices to find my style and techniques. However, I continue to refine my skills with each session.

Albums & Presentation Boxes
We offer a stand-alone leatherette-wrapped 10x10 or 10x12 (landscape) album, in ten color variations that have 15 spreads (30 pages) in a classic black travel box.

We also offer 10x10, and 12x12 Presentation Boxes in three different styles and ten color variations. Each size will have an album with either 24 spreads (48 pages), 30 spreads (60 pages), or 35 spreads (70 pages). Two of the three presentation boxes will also include a 32GB flash drive that is stylized to fit your box's aesthetic.
All albums are printed on Matte, or Silk, photographic paper, or can be upgraded to Metalic photo-paper for a unique effect.

All albums are designed by a professional Album Artist to ensure the highest quality album.
